Janise Nichols Man-Son-Hing Director of Client Membership
Janise is the co-founder of Man-Son-Hing Martial Arts Academy. She obtained a B. A. Degree from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Instructor. Janise is the founder and Executive Director of The Jack W. Nichols Family Foundation. Her passion as an instructor is personal safety protection for professional women and youths. Christopher Man-Son-Hing, Owner Executive Training Director
Master Man-Son-Hing founded Man-Son-Hing Martial Arts Academy in 2000. He is of Chinese lineage. He has recently retired as a City of Tampa police officer with over 20 years experience and obtained his degree from St. Leo’s College. Master Chris instructed at the Hillsborough Community College Law Enforcement Academy and the Tampa Police Academy. In 1999 Master Chris founded the first martial arts youth program while assigned to the Police Athletic League. The program has been in existence over a decade.
Master Chris was honorably discharged from the U. S. Navy after serving several tours in the Mediterranean and other parts of the world. He has studied many forms of martial arts through out his life and holds the rank of 5th Dan black belt in both TaeKwonDo and Hapkido.
Master Chris is an expert in self defense and has been featured in the Carrollwood News, Tampa Bay Cable Network and internationally on U Tube and The Dragon Boat Channel. E-mail: masterchris


Justin is a talented ground fighter and uses his talent to teach women's self defense programs. Justin is a full time college student while instructing at MSH Martial Arts Academy. He desires to follow his father's legacy and become a partner in the Man-Son-Hing Martial Arts Academy Corporation. E-mail: Justin

Mallory Man-Son-Hing, Assistant Instructor Adult and Youth
Mallory holds the rank of 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She attends a local university pursuing her Performance Communications Degree. E-mail: Mallory

Dee Campbell, Resident Worlds Champion Competitor
Assistant Program Director, Children's Programs
Dee holds the rank of second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has competed in the 2007 Worlds Championship. Dee is our latest addition to the MSH martial arts family. Dee coordinates the MSH Mini Dragons program for students 3-5 years old. She also instructs sparring and weapons classes for youth. Dee is a full time martial arts professional.
